Coming from the leading supplier of alcohol based disinfectants in the Nordic markets, Martin Adolfsson has extensive experience in both manufacturing and the supply chain, within the hygiene industry.
Working with the brand DAX (A registered trademark by the finnish company Kiilto) and being responsible for the Swedish market, Martin will bring a lot of value to Hygiene of Sweden in both branding and distribution.
“We need smarter solutions for disinfectants in the future. Clean hands are one of the most important preventive actions we can take, not only considering seasonal flus or pandemics but also to minimize the risk of multi-resistant bacteria. Less infections means less need for antibiotics.
For the past two years, I have followed the journey of Hygiene of Sweden and have seen great strides been taken in the right direction for the whole hygiene industry regarding sustainability, effectiveness and branding.
During the pandemic there was minimal focus on sustainability, safety or the workplace environment. Moving forward, these are all key areas for hygiene and I believe that Hygiene of Sweden will be a strong brand that more people trust with their hygiene needs, not only in Sweden, but countries around the world.”
Martin will join the team as COO, 1st of January 2023.
